Back Office Conversion is the hottest topic in ACH Processing.  The term relates to the process of converting checks received at the point of sale.

Effective March 16, 2007 these checks can be remote processed into the bank using our remote deposit system.  We can even set merchants up with a system today and switch over to BOC on the effective date.

BOC:

Effective March 16, 2007 checks received at a payment center can be converted into electronic items to debit the customer account and credit the merchant account.  The check items are scanned by an imager connected to our WEB based conversion system.  Once inspected for accuracy the checks are uploaded to our servers.  We debit the bank account of the check writer the next morning and credit the account of the merchant.

NO MORE BANK RUNS:

BOC means no more bank runs for merchants.  Our effective web system processes the checks by imaging them into our system.  We then deposit the checks into the merchant bank account of choice.

SAVE TIME AND MONEY:

Remote Deposit is effective in saving money for merchants since it processes checks faster and creates files for uploading to account receivable for payment posting.

CHECK ARCHIVING:

Remote Deposit archives every check - you destroy the original checks which can be retrieved at any time from our image archive.
