Our NSF Check Collection system is designed for Collection Agencies, Check Recovery Services, and ISO's who want to operate their own web based check recovery service for their merchants.  We do all the processing and distribute the collected funds to the merchant, sales agents, and recovery organization.

For Collection Agencies, Check Recovery Companies, & ISOs:

Designed to allow companies to manage and run their own check collection service. Collect the checks from your merchants by having them authorize the bank to send them directly to you.  Or use our centralized banking system to have all returned check items returned via our web bank system.

Web Based System:

The system is totally web based. Upload the eligible returned checks to our web based servers in order to collect the face amount and authorized fee amount.  We process all items for electronic collection.

Payments Distribution:

All collected funds are electronically distributed to the proper channels. The merchant receives 100% of the face amount, any sales agents (multiples are ok) receive their commission % based on successfully collected fees, and the recovery company receives the rest.

Online Reporting:

Detailed reporting is available online for every transaction. Your merchants can log in and have access to their own reports and see the collection progress of all of their returned check items.
